I have a Bachmann EZ control center it seems to do what I need to do it will control up to 9 engines with DCC and one analog engine and is under a 100 bucks

Bachmann EZ control center is the best system for your DCC engines,It is very simple to set up.Jim USA

A Digitrax Zephyr is alot better and not much more. It will be able to control more engines then a Bachmann EZ.
