I found lots of cameras on Google searching for “micro video cameras”. There are many 1080p units
Available with blue tooth or micro SD cards. Some with built in battery and others with external sources. I’m ordering a 1 inch self contained unit for under &20 US.

A very accomplished railway modeler, Dave Howarth, uses a tiny camera called Moebius for H0 scale. I plan to get the same camera.
