“I hope someone can help me. I have acquired a TOMIX 6421 Track Cleaning Car. Unfortunately the instruction leaflet is in Japanese. Where could I obtain English instructions so that I can use it to clean my tracks. I have tried a number of sources but no-one can offer any positive help.”

One option might be to visit a college if there is one nearby and see if they have any Japanese/English speaking students that might translate it for you.
Another option is to contact the manufacturer and ask for English instructions, or try an online translator. Hopefully this will be helpful.
