We need a lot more info to help. What kind of turnouts, locos/wheel base, etc. Diesels should not have that problem. Do you have the turnouts wired? With machines? Or just frog feed. Etc. More detail please!

As Morgan says, we need more information. Including what exactly the problem is.

If your cars and the 2 locos are quite old, it’s possible that the size of the wheel flanges is too large for your new and possibly finer scale switches.
